Ayurveda means “The Science of Life”. Ayurveda is a 5000 year old science that originated in India. Ayurveda considered as the one of the Upaveda of ‘Adharva veda’.This ancient art of healing gives emphasize on both body and mind. It is a science and art of appropriate living which helps to achieve longevity. It can also guide every individual in the prevention of disease and long term maintenance of health. The medicines used in Ayurveda are purely herbal preparations and are completely free of side effects.
